How to make Bengali style Mutton curry or Pathar mangsher jhol or it is also called as Khashir mangsher jhol. It is a very delicious recipe and you can try it on a weekend for a perfect lunch with rice or dinner with luchi or paratha.
**WATCH THIS RECIPE IN ENGLISH
HOW TO MAKE BENGALI MUTTON CURRY
• Bengali Style Authenti...
Ingredients:
1) Mutton - 1 kg
2) Potatoes - 2 or 3
3) Onion: 2 large red onions chopped
4) Ginger Garlic paste: 3 tbsp
5) Cumin powder: 1 tsp
6) Chili Powder: 1 tsp (as per your taste)
7) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8) Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
9) Yogurt: 2 tbs
10) Mustard oil: 1/2 cup
11) Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
12) whole cloves: 3-4
13) Cinnamon: 1" stick
14) Green Cardamom: 3-4
15) Bay leaves - 2
16) Salt
17) Sugar: 1 tsp

I made the dish. Was excellent. Although I had to give around 6 to 8 whistles for the meat to be pallatable. It also made the jhol 'makha makhi'. But would do it all over again. Thanks.

কচিপাঁঠার মাংস মধ্যবিত্ত পরিবারের কাছে এখন এক নিষিদ্ধ বস্তু হতে গেছে এর আকাশছোঁয়া দামের জন্য। কতদিন যে ওটির স্বাদ পাইনি কে জানে। তোমার ভিডিওতে অন্তত তার ছবি দেখার সুযোগ হল।
