Probably the best lifter in the world for the past several years. Certainly one of the best built! The training shots always seem to be so much more interesting than the actual competition. Watching him load up to do dips was impressive. I had never tried them with weights in back, but it makes sense. The great Ivanchenko, Russian Olympic champ @ 82.5 in Montreal '76, was known for his incredible dipping strength.

Wow he has big legs. Squat 170 kg is good He should do more chest flys for the pess and he can be a very good bodybuilder
@trashcanjely10 жыл бұрын
Too bad many bodybuilders lack strength and explosiveness, not the kind you get from these kind of lifts.
@yurwiewreuiyhjb10 жыл бұрын
***** i didnt say i squat it i say he squat it
@yurwiewreuiyhjb10 жыл бұрын
***** he only squat 170 in the video i dont think he have getten stronger so fast
@Flippser10 жыл бұрын
Are u really such an idiot? Holy Shit thats a snatch. And he is a fucking world record holder in the snatch and total. In prep before competitions he frontsquatted 230 twice easily and had done a backsquat with 260 and a 3 second pause. So pls stop talking shit.
@yurwiewreuiyhjb10 жыл бұрын
Flippser oh im sorry. But i dont think it makes that much oc a difference. Its only like first a deadlift than a squat overhead. If he did 260kg he probably didnt go 90 degrees

So the best olympic lifter in his weight class ought to listen to a random dude on the internet instead huh? Yeah, you totally seem like you know your shit.
