Maybe because of their body language and their behavior and because of how they are so close to each other more than they are close to others in the show and because Lucas sometimes look jealous to Yuqi and other boys and they always together and Lucas is clingy to her like all the time and how he always playfully tease her and they always laugh looking each other and always look for the other person and Lucas is protective of her and they do seem to have chemistry between them and although they are comfortable around each other but sometimes they get shy around each other and they do look like a kdrama couple you can say they are just so close as friends but remember Hyuna and Edwan were also just friends or this is what people thought for long time then they developed feelings to each other and then we found they are dating so it could be the case for Lucas and Yuqi they might developed feelings towards each other at least maybe Lucas like her but he just not aware of his feelings and think it's just friendship
