@@eva-pj8jy I watched it from the second it came out hahahahaha, it's good! The second season is developing Female Chris (Who in their re-make is named Alexa) in a really cool way. Apart from that, they're the re-make that´s most similar to the original which some people like while others dislike. I find this one more aesthetic though, alongside SKAM Italia.

@@elvia9947 Maybe you focus too much on romance, if it is about character (like it supposed to be) nothing, I mean literally nothing can beat the original. Not even close. Skam was all about those four main characters, what they went through and discover something important about themself and also faces some heavy issues, such as religion, homosexuality... etc and learn how to accept themself, this is the main topic. It is about the characters. Skam france however, I think they focus more on romancetic vibe, almost like a love story (I don't mean that that's a bad thing) I just can't feel how hard Lucas went through to finally accept himself unlike Isak. It wasn't hit me hard like the original series made me feel, like it stuck with you and you could never forget it... btw sorry for long reply....

@@dramatized_06 You're right, it's more a matter of an opinion. You liked the original and I liked the French one and it's totally fine. And I agree that maybe I was too focused on the romance, that's because I'm a sucker for romance movies. But I also want to point out that all these remakes aren't exactly the same as the OG, yeah they're based off of it but they aren't the same, that's why it felt different to you. And of course the fact that original is original and nothing can replace the feeling of watching it for the first time and expierincing all those emotions and feelings. There are many factors that come into play when you compare OG to remakes, but in the end it's just preference and that's okay.

He kinda reminds me of Levi Miller. I just watched season 1 and it’s really good, just the right amount of remake and originality. I also love the actors and characters. They’re all really good. Can’t wait for season 3, but I’m also excited for season 2. It’s just sooo GOOOD !!! Edit: also I love the sound track, the shots, and how aesthetic the whole thing is. Not to mention how different the vibe I get from it is, yet just as good as the original. You did a good job of capturing it with this video and song. 😊
