I can't believe you actually managed to find a weakness for Anthony 'Lionheart' Smith. This dude is hands down one of the greatest to ever do it (on paper). No notable flaws, individually though if you take away his skills, he's not that good but when he mixes his martial arts is he a true problem.

This type of content is something I appreciate more than most mma fans, as I am still fairly new to the sport (3 years now). In that time, however, I have developed understanding for it in so many ways. It’s content like this that adds to my library of knowledge , so I appreciate this tenfold Lucas. Extremely informative, balanced, and decisive without unnecessary telltale gimmicks. Quality content👌🏾 PS: what was the song playing in the background between the Gaethje - Vetorri segment?

I believe that Khamzat just needs to slow his pace down. The pace at which he starts is unbelievable. This is not wrestling, it’s not just a 7 minute match. He is starting with an intense pace that he cannot keep up. This is just a theory. I don’t think he has the Conor effect where his body type/fast twitch fiber is the issue. But again, it is just a theory

Title Fight Showdown: Marty Louis vs. Israel Adesanya The stage is set for an unprecedented matchup between the boxing world champion Marty Louis and the UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. The bout is a special exhibition match, blending the rules of both sports. The fight takes place in a custom-designed arena where a boxing ring is surrounded by a modified octagon. Round 1: The Feeling Out Process Marty Louis, known for his lightning-fast jabs and impeccable footwork, starts the round cautiously, trying to gauge Adesanya's movements. Adesanya, a master of striking in MMA, utilizes his diverse skill set, throwing a mix of kicks and punches. Louis, however, adapts quickly, using his boxing experience to slip and counter effectively. Round 2: Louis's Precision Striking As the rounds progress, Marty Louis capitalizes on his boxing expertise. His precision and timing allow him to land crisp combinations, exploiting the limitations of Adesanya's striking defense. Louis connects with powerful hooks and uppercuts, keeping Adesanya on the back foot. Round 3: Adesanya's Adaptation Adesanya, known for his adaptability in the octagon, starts adjusting his strategy. He begins incorporating his grappling skills, attempting takedowns and clinches to nullify Louis's boxing advantage. However, Louis's extensive training in preparation for this unique fight pays off, as he displays surprising defensive wrestling skills. Round 4: Louis's Defensive Mastery Marty Louis continues to control the stand-up exchanges, but Adesanya's versatility keeps the crowd on edge. Louis's defensive prowess shines as he skillfully avoids Adesanya's takedown attempts and maintains the distance. Adesanya, frustrated by the inability to take the fight to the ground, faces a challenge in finding an effective range. Round 5: The Grand Finale In the final round, both fighters showcase their resilience and determination. Adesanya, realizing he needs a decisive move, attempts a spectacular spinning kick. However, Marty Louis anticipates the move, ducks under, and delivers a thunderous overhand right, catching Adesanya off guard. The UFC champion is rocked, and Louis seizes the opportunity, unleashing a series of devastating hooks that ultimately lead to a knockout. The Aftermath Marty Louis is declared the winner in this unique crossover matchup, showcasing the supremacy of his boxing skills in a hybrid setting. The crowd erupts in awe, appreciating the extraordinary display of talent from both fighters.

If you’ve ever grappled you’ll understand the amount of energy wrestling the way khamzat does, he sprints when he fights and exhausts himself but for that first round he’s unbeatable, I wonder if a change in style would help him but I’m not sureb

Conor is apparently a black belt now. I don’t believe that Conor is that bad at grappling and I’ve always said that it just like everything else. Depends on how tired he is. If he starts getting any fatigue at all he completely forgets what he’s doing and can’t think and process so then he gets rag dolled. And I also agree that it’s because when things get hard he gives up. And wrestling is the hardest thing you will ever do in your life.

Yeah tiredness makes cowards of us all. His skill set is similar level to most top LWs but that’s not enough when some of them seemingly don’t get tired, or just have a scary and rare ability to maintain their mental fortitude even when exhausted. Off the top of my head, I’ve seen Poirier look wiped out a few times mid fight but just keep on going undeterred. Fighting him again once he was a seasoned LW was a huge miscalculation by Conor, he’s never winning that matchup no matter how many times they run it back.

@@San-oe1xv all three judges gave the nod to round 1 to Izzy 10-9 because Izzy controlled the pace more and landed the heavier shots. "conor has the yes men around him" ... my brother and i have been joking about this for years. dead on accurate, man. and bro ... the reason his leg gave out was because he was throwing WAY too many kicks in training before the 3rd fight, and did damage to it. since the 2nd fight, he was probably dying to get back at him for the kicks, so he was throwing 100s of them on the yacht with the yes men around - "oh oi'll kick the fookin leg's off em I will. Oi been kickin me whole loyfe" ... and that shit was probably micro fractured before he even got in teh fucking cage lol as much as id like to give dustin all the credit - it was probably more of the handrails on his yacht that did the damage. dude thought he was tony ferguson lol
