Lucero owned this cover. Not surprising, Ben should be way more famous than he is, and Lucero should be way more popular than they are. One of the best musical acts of the last 25 years no one’s heard of.

Do you know Slobberbone? I have said for years that they are the greatest band that nobody has ever heard of. Seriously check them out. Also, Lucero is one of my favorites, I have met Ben twice, and the 2nd time he remembered my name and asked me what song i wanted to hear. It was awesome.
