Unbelievable. I've never seen Pro Wrestling like this. LU have succesfully made wrestling a legitimate soap opera and TV series, where everyone else has tried and often failed. Fantastic.

Lucha Underground Is The Wrestling Mortal Kombat. Which Is Why Netflix Just Picked them up Even The WWE or Even NJPW Can't Get A Netflix Deal. Hopefully Lucha Underground Continues 2 Grow And 1 day gives the WWE Major Competition Just like WCW did back In the Mid 90's Which Is Why Vince brought In The Attitude Era because of Major Competition. Lucha Actually has Storylines like A TV Show unlike what U See Nowadays In the WWE or TNA for that Matter.

Really loving the ultra campy telenovela style of the show. Will be interesting to see the storylines and characters develop. Pulp style wrestling with a good narrative, fun matches and an articulate broadcast team are something that will keep me tuning in. Prince Puma was fantastic and I can't wait to see the journey his character goes on whether it be dark or light.

damn... loving some of the matches so far and the commentary team without the constant storyline rundown and network self-promoting(looking atcha TNA and WWE) and also commentary style that reminds me of MMA... and the back and forth way of match being played... now i'ma wait till GFW finally makes its debut... let's see how TNA and WWE will react with their way of going about in the pro-wrestling business... though i bet WWE will always think they're "the only" promotion in the US that "everyone" watches...

The WWE Is A Damn Joke It Aint Even Considered Wrestling At This Point It's "Sports Entertainment" And As Far As TNA Or Impact Wrestling or GFW Or Fuck That Owl Or Whatever It's Called I'm Shocked Their Still In Business But There's No Hype At All Around It And Nobody Even Talks About Impact Wrestling Anymore. Going Into 2018 It's Now WWE,ROH,NJPW And Lucha Underground Who Has All The Buzz. And Even NJPW Is Starting 2 Give Vince A Run For His Money. But Yeah Lucha Underground Is Great. Good Wrestling,Good Announcers And The Best Storylines It's Ran Like A Walking Dead Where Characters Could Actually Die Off The Show. Imagine If On RAW If They Kill-Off John Cena? This Isn't A Bad Route For Wrestling 2 Go Down Being Ran Like A TV Drama Series With Wrestling On It.

Matt Striker's one of my favorite underrated announcers. This wrestling isn't bad either. I enjoy it. Wish I could've watched this on t.v. Some of the camera angels annoy me but I really like this.

With Mundo (Morrison) and Puma (Ricochet) both in WWE now, McMahon should give them the opportunity to recreate this match at SummerSlam move-for-move (if now a few a few extras tossed in) to show his audience something most of them have never seen... I mean seriously cut them loose and let these 2 steal the show. It would create a much needed buzz, (especially for Raw)... and I would have a jealous Miz push these 2 together into a tag team that could carry the division on their backs for the next couple of years easily.

Too spotty for my taste. A rest hold or two would have helped build up some energy and believability to the match. Puma and John used up their whole arsenal of moves in one match. Now there is nothing to look forward to in their upcoming matches.

That's how Lucha Libre can be. There are occasional selling and rest holds involved, but unless you're hurt or out of breath, you get your ass up and get back at it.

I agree, but not in a negative way. This is how Lucha Libre is. Japanese style is the same too, except they employ more mma stuff as well. But we also have to realize that this is the future of wrestling in mainstream. Even in the E, look at their NXT roster. Their top guys wrestle a Lucha and/or Japanese style

Why change it? The gimmick has always been over. In fact, most people don't ever change their gimmick/moveset, they just tweak it here and there (unless they go to the E, then they are likely to change everything)

J Smith Reverse. He started in the E and then went indy. Rather than indy and then going to the E. But I guess in an update. WWE is now more willing to keep the original indy gimmick for the bigger names
