I know no one will read this, but maybe I'll feel better after posting. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and Complex-PTSD after finding out years ago that my 2 boys have Autism. I grew up in an abusive, narcissistic household. I'm now figuring myself out all over again, but I feel like I'm not good enough for my kids. Not only are they struggling, but I am too. The only thing keeping me alive is my husband, whom I have been with for 18 years. More than half our lives. I'm just now learning how to walk away from my past and start a new chapter in life. I really hope this next season in life actually takes me to where I can be happy, like I used to be... Thanks for making this music. I listen to it while I sleep in hopes it helps my body. Please, everyone, stay safe. Heal your body. Advocate. Stay strong. DO NOT BACK DOWN! Do what's best for yourself, not for anyone else.❤

Well , I'm going to do my best to create a new life, I feel so lost since 2 years. I live alone with my cat, I did a burn out two years ago and I don't know what I would be able to do. I did a lot of bad things to forget my past; to forget that I'm sad, I took drugs, I went to a psychiatric hospital during all last summer. And now is the hardest moment of my life: Create new souvenirs, security, stability... You've got tw kids thanks to God I'm learning from you. I would like to have a kid one day, after my remission. It was something difficult to imagine before met my new lover. I hope that I'll be never do the same mistakes and make us happy, and safe, find a new work, build a new history. Thank you to gave me those adives and this courage to find the right way, and stay safe. I'm a french women I'm sorry for my bad english. With love.

I constantly remember the chemo//radiation days of my life, and finding a balanced tone from something as simple as music works wonders with recovery. The real damage can happen when you cannot tolerate that life can seem futile at times; however, life will never be planned----thus the reason to hold dear what surrounds you...........perhaps from something as "simple" as music.........
