Both songs are a part of the thematic album Days of Future Passed, which covers a whole day from morning to night.

Ahhhh -- The Moody Blues "Days of Future Past" album. You could go down the rabbit hole on their first five albums and really enjoy the ride.

I grew up listening to the Moody Blues My brothers played their albums on a scratchy mono record player Luckily I inherited their affection for the songs Have always loved this one Driftwood, Question,New Horizons and many others Timeless and some stunningly good music Try them!

Written & sung by Justin Hayward from 'Days of future passed' their first album release with their new lineup!(Denny Laine was the origional lead singer,but left to join Paul McCartney's 'Wings')this was the first album released in the new 'stereo' format!& arguably the first 'concept' album!,it portrays the times of day!,it is worth checking out the history of how 'Days' came about,interesting history!😊
