If you remember in Supernatural when they go confront Lucifer in his cage he makes a joke along the lines of "Did you expect me to move to LA and start solving crimes?" It was a reference to this Lucifer which came out around that time.

Season 1- good but has room for improvement Season 2- really good Season 3- good storyline but so much filler Season 4 - fucking amazing

I'd argue that half of season 3 could have been left on the cutting room floor. But Fox wanted a longer season (which obviously didn't work out).

This show is just so damn good. Ahh... I love it. I love the take on the Devil. He isn't evil, he's necessary and he's tired of being blamed. He never lies, he never makes anyone do anything, and you could even argue he is good... despite what he thinks of himself.

Im so glad you guys are reacting to this! I think Eric in particular is going to enjoy when they delve more and more into the theology plotlines and conflicts. I agree the kid who plays Trixie is so wonderful in her role. Her interactions with Lucifer are always a joy to watch. This show really has some great characters and it's fun seeing all the different combinations we get in scenes and the dynamics.

You’ll see Jimmy again... the thing about this show is there is a crazy amount of foreshadowing ... but not always what you would think... you’ll always get answers to the questions you asked yourself... it might not happen right away... but if you pay attention to the small things, you’ll enjoy the show more in 2 and 4 (they are the shows with the answers

I love this show so much, and it's wonderful watching people find it for the first time 😃 Here's a tip: treat the cases of the week not as their own story, but as a narrative parallel to whatever Lucifer is dealing with in the episode. That's why they exist, for the most part. This show is about the characters, the mythology, and the character development, and everything else just supports that 😊 Enjoy the ride!

I actually think it’s a good pilot . However , a lot of that falls on the shoulders of Tom Ellis who plays Lucifer .. the dude just oozes with charm and is charismatic as hell ( pun intended). I think everyone does well in their role , I like Chloe & she has good chemistry with Lucifer The show does have a police procedural aspect which is my least favorite aspect of the show ..I feel it holds it back but the humor , lore & cast/characters elevate it imo. Also , Trixie is adorable!!.

"Fame" is from David Bowie who actually is the inspiration for Neil Gaiman's character Lucifer in The Sandman comic book series. The soundrack has other Bowie songs especially in the first season.

I can't believe it, my dreams have come true. You guys will love this show, it is amazing. I'm so glad to have a way to experience this show for the first time, this is why reactions are such a great form of entertainment. This is giving me the chance to watch this show fresh again, something I'd likely never otherwise get the chance to do, outside of amnesia. Thank you so much for everyone who voted for this, seeing how cheap I am, but might actually become a Patreon now that Lucifer is up.
