(Season 4) I think the thing I love most about this relationship is that Lucifer is remembered in history as the embodiment of evil, Satan, the Devil, King of Hell, but that isn't really him. He's also kind, generous, charismatic, honest, and funny. Chloe brings out those qualities when no one else can. She makes him vulnerable both physically and emotionally. No one else has the ability to do that. Maze has known him for literal eons and she can't do that. Eve has known him for the better part of 6,000 years and she can't do that. Amenadiel is his brother and he can't do that.

Because it's about religion and we cannot know if it's real, and if it's true, nobody really know. We don't care of the reality because it's fictionnal

Lucifer is not about the devil it's about every aspect of human nature and how we are really all the same and are touched by the music and the terrific acting.

See Chloe didn't like Lucifer in the beganing that to me would means she wasn't made for him just to see him in a real way. Unlike everyone else. Who see their own desires reflected back at them. What a awesome thing.

“So I ask you... the Devil... what is it that YOU truly desire?” There’s few characters in the show I dislike but wow, Doctor Linda’s development arc was the best for me. She goes from catatonic and cowering to throwing the DEVIL’S words back in his face. Out of defiance or vain glory or ego? No. Because she’s a healer, and he’s in pain. Now if they could just fix what they’ve done to Dan in S5, I’ll be happy!

Chloe knew early on that her and Lucifer had something special. She shows this when said you make me vulnerable. She knew then they had a bond that neither had experienced before. At the same time she also knew Lucifer was not ready for what that bond meant. She probably felt he never would be. So she spends the next nearly 3 seasons trying to find her normal. After realizing (because of Peirce) that normal doesn't equal happy, she knew fighting her feelings was not going to help anyone. I'm just glad she was strong enough to not let Lucifer's emotional insecurities push her away and stuck with him until he was ready.

she was also quite brave, admitting that he made her vulnerable because she was also interpersonal insecure romantically spoken.

@MrsEssmich I think in a way having to be the more emotionally durable one in the partnership helped her overcome some of those insecurities. Needing to help guide Lucifer down the path of friendship towards more, by having to be the one to take the first step, made her more confident. But Lucifer was able to show her she was safe with him by never taking advantage of the vulnerability she showed him.

@MrsEssmich As much as I think the writers kind of messed up in season 3,I always felt like Chloe went as far as she did with Peirce as a put up or shut up message to Lucifer. She kept trying to just get him to say why the relationship bothered him so much, all she wanted to hear was how he felt. But even then he couldn't do it and she realized she would lose him if she kept it up. She made the choice to stay in their odd relationship rather than move on. Her making that choice showed her growth. Lucifer rewarded that choice with since growth of his own

@@ryanabate1981 That she accepted the engangement was a huge ooc move. That never should have happened. But I understood the choice of trying to move on. She wanted Luci deep down, but he was emotionally not available and that hurt her - so she tried to move on. And btw, I totally understood her behaviour in s4 after she discovered the truth about him. And it was a HUGE thing for him to forgive her. It took him eons to forgive his father.

Now after having seen the official Netflix trailer of season 5, I watched this trailer and it seems to be like a compression on a fresh and deep scratch. Even though I am very much looking forward to S5 I am a bit scared of what it is going to be and to do with me....

Fór some reason I rly wanna let them found out mean dan and Ella if I would make a episode where they find out it will be in the police station where they are under robbery or being hostage and out of nowhere Lucifer breaks in throw a wall or window like it did in final battle and dan and Ella finds out like that and it will be first time we will see Lucifer coming to earth from hell.
