I think Ella already knows everything about Lucifer ... remember that she has the ghost friend who is actually an angel who also knows Lucifer ... in fact Ella greets him as did her ghost friend and he recognizes this greeting. She can't tell because she still doesn't know that Chloe does! We'll see...

Charlie clearly is different from mortals which can be seen from the scene where he laughs at Lucifer's face, Amenadiel has no need to worry. Sadly, I thought timeskip would be atleast few years, so we can see charlie wrecking havoc with his powers after Lucifer comes back.
