This audio adaptation comes from The Lux Radio Theater, and was broadcast over seventy-five years ago. The creators from Lux have done an admiral job adapting this film to audio format. This "Movie for your MIND" was digitally restored in 2020, which means much better sound quality than older uploads on other channels.

@@zero_bs_tolerance8646 Suspense episodes provide many ideas for plotting a murder - My Wife hates the story with Herbert Marshall, that has a guy with a history of nightmares. He dreams of choking huge reptiles, then he acts them out in his sleep! I tell her that I also dream of choking animals! heh - heh - heh :-) We're glad you are okay, and Theresa (aka "Abbey") says Thank you. That's Abbey, as in "Abbey Normal!"

I remember Lux soap and dishwashing liquid. Only wish they still sold the soap in the U.S.

Thank you for the information, very interesting. I live just a short drive ftom Port Sunlight where Lux is made. The little village of homes was created for the workers of the factory to rent.
