Why is this Great Performer not a recognised SuperStar? Inexplicable!-Should be declared a National Treasure! Excellent song, beautifully rendered.👍 BloodRed.🍒

agree. that's Kenny Vaughn on electric guitar. Kenny is one of the Fabulous Superalitives. (Marty Stewarts Fabulous Superalitives)

she may not be a Superstar, but if you ask the Superstars who they admire, they say "Lucinda Williams"

This song hits me like a musical missile to the midsection. It's outstanding. Kenny Vaughn's guitar punctuates the ache of missing a loved one. Bravo Lucinda!

I heard this song everyday on my way home from work from S Houston to Baytown back in the early 90s. Still one of my favorite songs. Thanks KPFT. no one else would play it.

Saw Marty Stuart and his "Fabulous Superlatives" last year with Cousin Kenny Vaughn. Most underrated guitarist in music in my opinion. BTW the "Fabulous Superlatives" are a great band and that has to be one of my favorite band names of all time.

I seem to remember listening this 40X at 40 in the late 1990s about the year it was released. Ideal music for the eternal student and the late risers. And I like the look. The Kool is thicker than Keith ever managed

Certainly NOT Taylor Swift, even a bit more unpolished than Gretchen Wilson. Very talented, original, earthy, authentic; and has paid her dues. That is Lucinda Williams. Keep singing Lady.

Oh my God I'm a flaming heterosexual. I wear my hair like that. Holy shut what a comment. Maybe we should throw in there Robin Williams wine from good morning Vietnam talking about lesbian women as women in comfortable shoes? At least that was funny
