The Hag since she's not actively chasing survivors and also Twins since the Victor will waste most of the perk.

Add also most of the insta-down killers, Huntress and Slinger since mending and injuring multiple people at once will waste the most of it and maybe Wraith since he relies on hit-and-run rather than a normal chase.

MAYBE Doctor as well, since he can either Blast to find whoever ran off or just put them on Madness 3 and get a lucky (HEH) scream

@@ZubtigoPlaza You'd be surprise how much it cost a killer to lose a single chase. Especially if it takes the killer a while to hit only for that survivor to disappear.

@@Krog517 while 90 seconds is strong, one chase might seem like a lot but probably won't especially in solo queue matches, SWF? Maybe, but for solo survivors this perk is just useless.

@@ZubtigoPlaza 1.it just straigth up removes a tracking ability killers have. 2. It counters bloodhound and addons a killer has, by rendering them useless. 3. Runing this with iron will, would become meta making it even painfully stronger. 4.Tenacity with this perk will make it harder for a killer to track you, which can make it easier to charge up exhaustion perks .

I personally found way more use out of it in it's old form. even on its own prior, 120 seconds of no bleeding really messed with killers sometimes. 45 seconds is to me a little too harsh, even with it being buffed to cover scratch marks. If anything, I think it should at least have been 40/50/60 seconds... but whatevs.
