*While I do admire the **_sensitivity_** and **_no judgments_** na meron na ang modern world ngayon, pero sana let's not glorify false body positivity. Health-wise, kawawa ang katawan. I am not saying na dapat maging OA sa exercise or diet or whatever, pero sana think how can we help our organs para matulungan din tayo ng organs natin. Shedding weight **_(or gaining weight)_** does not mean you don't love yourself kaya mo binabago sarili mo physically. Tinutulungan mo lang ang katawan mo tulungan ka to live longer, to live without taking maintenance medicines, to wake up or sleep without breathing issues, etc. Kaya sana while we don't judge, sana let's try to inspire din to be good din sa ating katawan. Let's not tolerate what's not to be tolerated.*
