I mean it was in the movies, but if you think about it if it was real then think of the generations in 75 years worth of HG and possibly hundreds before them in the districts. So the bow could’ve been made by some random girl/guy hundreds of years before Katniss and Lucy Gray, and of course tradition passed down and by their time hundreds of people in D12 were doing the ‘Katniss bow’. So there's a theory that she was pregnant when snow shot her but she escaped to district 13 and had a daughter. The daughter found her way back to district 13 had a daughter and named her Katniss. Lucy Gray mentioned the name Katniss to Coriolanus and that's half of the reason he hates her. This explains how they're actions are a bit similar.

Seajanus’ compassion and defiance when told to change for the Capitol is SO reminiscent of Peeta’s conversation with Katniss on the rooftop of the training center in the first games. First of all, Lucy was a Victor for district 12 BEFORE Katniss, and second of all, they're not supposed to be similar. In fact, they're supposed to be exact opposites. I read somewhere that Katniss is what happens when you put a hunter in a performance, but Lucy is what happens when you put a performer in a hunt.
