I saw this movie a couple days ago and let me tell you it was such a nice surprise. Is it a rom com? yes. Is it maybe a little bit of a cliché? also yes. But it really made me happy while watching it so it's a win for me. The thing is, in my opinion it doesn't really matter that you already know how the plot is going to unfold. If the actors are charming and the dialogue is witty and smart, the movie works for me. Also Geraldine was the true hidden gem of it all. She carries the whole movie so effortlessly and she's so very sweet. And of course the story between these two was too cute for me to not edit. I loved the dynamics, the banter and aaaaa just look at them *heart eyes* the level of serotonin that karaoke scene gives me!
Besides I noticed there are not enough edits of these two so I thought it was time to fix that!
