This song is taken from my new album.
Barbara is my wife's Grandma who, most sadly, is living with dementia. Meeting her inspired this song.
I was completely unaware of the effects that dementia has, not just on the ill, but the family experiencing it too.
My wife's family speaks so passionately about Barbara; this song is dedicated to her.

Carol Plant I know, I know.... I cared for my mum with Alzheimer s too for many years and now she is with her Lord Jesus. This song so beautifully paints the sad picture of how it happens.

Love this song. Back to October 23rd 2015 my nan lost her battle with dementia. She was the wonderful age of 89 n in thr end she new noone except me. Its heart breakin to see someone u love slowly slip away n forget everything they ever new. I was 18 n i never dremt of losing her. All she ever wanted was to make her 90th but god chose that wasnt to be. Nan ur in my heart forever n i will forget you. Lucy thanks so much for yet another heart touching song. It brought back every memory of my nan. Please carry on these amazing songs

I lost my mom last summer to Alzheimer's. It is so hard to watch them struggle. We were lucky to find some very caring people to take care of her. Thanks for the beautiful song.

Once again tugged at those heart strings such an amazing singer get this song on the Radio! Unlike most artists these days lucy spraggans music tells you a story and connects to you on a deeper level. Honestly her songs are nostalgic or emotional and i love her music and have done for a long time now. Doesnt get enough credit such talent.
