I just love this video. Thanks for such great ideas. The clay you are using is modeling clay not air dry clay. I work with both and the air dried clay would dry quickly. You could not use it again like your modeling clay. Easy mistake to make, I know I did the first time. Hopefully this will help others before you buy air dried clay.

Doesn't the air-dry clay harden while the plaster is drying? Could you use non-hardening clay? Thank you!

If you leave the clay for too long, it will dry. The moisture of the plaster prevented my clay from drying. I left it to set for about 18 hrs or so. You can also use regular clay. I haven't tried plasticine but that might work as well. :) Great question. Thank you so much.
