Grand BRAVO Ludo, une victoire epousteflante! So many interesting points raised by Byron, like the hard pre-race training, rather than the traditional 2-week tapering period, focussing on your own pace rather than being informed of the others in the race.. what a performance!!

I'm pretty sure Ludo was more recovered from running 100 miles than iRunFar was from covering 100 miles in this interview. ;-) Before this interview he was volunteering to help disassemble tables and tents from the awards ceremony. -Meghan
