To anyone else that wants to make banana bread without having over rippened bananas. Put them in the oven on low heat(With peel), at around 50c (Guess around 120F for Americans?) It'll speed up the rippening process. Its obviously not as good as a naturally rippened banana, but it works in a pinch.
