Even if he did land on them, there simply wasn't any place he could go to other than jumping down and the few objects he fazed through while parkouring I'm pretty sure were intentional judging by the sudden music and layout

For anyone that’s curious the current WR for any% glitch less is 24min 31seconds. With most run’s being between 40 and 25 minutes. So the 75 min claim is not only doable, but would also be the slowest run if officially posted

Yep, that entire circle at 15:29 is a trap. It puts you into a long clear rectangle that you can't get out of and resets you to the bottom. It's like the snake in getting over it. I also do worry that companies could go after them for copyright if they find out about things lol

@@joelkanna3563 No, he clips through previously used objects. The problem is he's falling too fast so when the game checks for collision, it sees the player as being inside of the collider and instead of putting him on top of the object, it pushes him through it or if the collider is too small and he's moving too fast, he skips past it all together. It's why you should never use planes as colliders in Unity unless it's something super basic.

For anyone who is interested in gamedev.. The entire movement of the character seems to be from a free animation pack that is available for UE5 called "Advanced Locomotion System V4". It has a lot of functionality and all the animations you see in the game. This includes the acceleration, turning, foot ik, climbing functionality, even the slow motion. The rest of the assets (buildings and such) also seem to be from various packs. Maybe that's also why Lud says that it feels like shit. Because the movement logic was just taken instead of created or adjusted or built upon for the needs of the game. This is not to hate on the developer. I just want more people to understand that a lot of the "hard work" was just taken from a pack. There is still a bunch of work going into making a game tho and there is nothing wrong in using asset packs. That's what they are there for. Sometimes it just seems lazy to me, since practically 99% of the gameplay is made with a free pack while the engine has evolved to a point where even making a big world of this style is almost effortless. Same with the graphics. Hope that was some interesting information!
