To be honest, Fujitora felt like the only Marine admiral who got the actual knowledge of what luffy is like as a person, i.e. about his kindness and bravery. He blinded himself as he mentioned at the end of Dressrosa ark that he had seen way too many things that he didn't want to and regretted the fact that he couldn't see what luffy, the ideal type of kind person, looked like.

Not all marines actually know what kind of person Luffy is, since fujitora got to actually know Luffy he understood him but the other admirals haven’t really met Luffy personally

@@OfficeKuina @Office koku they showcase it very strongly when Luffy escapes the island and the citizens chase after him "not letting him get away" and Fujitora mentions he doesn't hear resentment in their voices before he notices more distant people saying that there trying to fool the marines while bodyshielding the escaping pirates. This while the silhouettes around Fujitorra are happy people so I'd consider that a strong exhibit of him having a greater understanding of people because of his path he chose with his blindess

I think the more basic of a principle the fruit controls, the more op it is. Gravity is such a basic and fundamental property of the universe, and thus it gives a broad amount of abilities and power with the fruit. If you truly were able to control gravity, you could do some wacky ass stuff besides simply crushing things and bringing down meteors. Think about down to an atomic level and how you could basically rip anything apart, as well as create barriers and other things. I truly believe if that is the case, this devil fruit is one of if not the most op fruit in one piece.

Not only in the same side , this Fujitora character is appear as new Admiral after marineford incident, so actually he is oldman but know nothing about current world condition , after he express the respect and sniff a kindness to Luffy , and even help Zoro to push a birdcage , plus Luffy still like him even he is a navy, and also erase shichibukai system , these established small friendship between them , he can be a candidate to Luffy final crew member , to fullfill his dream which is bring justice to the world with Luffy and his companion This Will be answer , at Vegapunk arc ( egghead) , that he might be appear to help Luffy face navy and gorosei, after vegapunk reveal the secret of world government ( since this character already know bad side about them by looking at shichibukai system)
