In gear 5th, any physical hits like a punch wouldnt effect him, since it would bounce off, Gear 5th would also effect all of his enemies like it did with kaido, so unless saitama can do something that isnt punching, but also, saitamas durability is insane, I doubt luffy could breathe in space so Ig if saitama gets ahold of luffy he could just send him to space and suffocate him, but maybe gear 5th has other things i dont know about yet

As much as i prefer one piece over dbz, we can only assume Goku will continually be stronger than Luffy. We haven’t seen too much of G5, so we haven’t seen it do attacks as crazy as even SSJ2. I’m not saying Goku is definitely stronger but for now, most can assume Goku still annihilates Luffy easily, because of his insane feats in DBS.
