The main drawbacks of such high speed flight on a Lufthansa jet, are that the plane has taken off and landed before the last of the announcements in German, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Greek, Russian, French & Spanish are complete.

@@dy7296 - On the other hand, ON THE OTHER HAND - I'm betting that announcer didn't weigh 500 tons, and she took a lot longer to say what she had to say than the takeoff roll took! Why? I don't know dy, I just don't know. No, actually I do know, but it's not interesting enough to explain. In fact it's dull. Not as dull as what I'm saying right now, but I'm hoping you'd fight to the death to defend this dull thing I'm currently saying! You would, wouldn't you, dy? (DON'T ANSWER THAT...)

Os vôos domésticos fazem esse tipo de operação saem voos de todas as capitais e cidades do interior para GRU, dela pegam vôos internacionais rumo a europa e EUA, o A380 já operou em GRU de Dubai para Gru. Hoje quem faz essa rota e um 777 da emirantes !

Nope, they lifted of in a shorter distance, but there distance from the ground was low, which makes you feel they almost overran the runway :)

. I noticed that the aircraft went in a complete circle, they had to have to have flown back over near the airport from that angle. I'm just wondering why the aircraft didn't just merge right after lift-off if that was the direction they were going to go anyway

Nein. Der A380 ist für den Einsatz auf der Runway25R (Landebahn Nord) nicht zugelassen. RW25R ist zudem eine reine Landebahn.

@@ursulaattenberger7083 weil sich das Terminal 1 und 2 in Frankfurt nördlich von der Piste 25C befindet. Somit sieht man es, wenn man rechts aus dem Fenster sieht...

@@granitblock_rail Also ich bin schon seit über 20 Jahren nicht mehr von FRA geflogen und lasse mich gern eines besseren belehren. 25C ist doch die neue Runway oder? Früher waren südlich der Terminals die beiden Runways 25R und 25L und hinter dem Cargocenter die 18. Und auf der 25R wurde in den 80er und 90er Jahren gestartet und auf der 25L gelandet. Und hin und wieder mal startete einer auf der 18.

@@ursulaattenberger7083Die alte Piste 25R wurde mit Inbetriebnahme der neuen Nordpiste 2011 zur Piste 25C umbenannt (c steht für Center). Die neue Landebahn Nord ist jetzt die Piste25R bzw 07L
