I also play this deck and have been on the long painful quest to fix it's bricking and slow setup. . Lugia NEEDS 4 lugia v to help ensure that the probabilities are in your favor for having a lugia in your opening hand. Because if lugia doesn't setup by turn 2 or 3 at the latest the game is going to be rough unless your opponent is moving slow. If you can setup by turn 2 you can beat turbo hands. It's also a mistake not to play 4 cinccino as it's your main attacker. Lugia is best as a single prize list and not having lugia as a liability as much as possible. Also the bare minimum energy is 17 and honestly probably 18. Just sucks cause lugia bricks so much and adding more energy is just going to increase those bricking odds. In matches where you play against high HP pokemon like zard you start to struggle to get energy late game since it takes 5 energy to knock out 1 zard. The other option is to play 1 devolution to deduce the number of energy needed but it makes the prize trade worse. Need to go after that pigeon ex and 1 shot it to the rotom/lumineon and then 1 zard for gg's. Also, same comment about lumineon. It's such a liability in a deck where it's best to have all single prizers. I was also SOOOO sick of live only giving me lumineon as the only starter so I took lumineon out for and used the space for more great balls, aroma's and now even mesagoza's trying to maximize that first and second turn setup. Though there is a positive for having lumina and it's to get Jacq to ultra ball the 2 arches away as soon as possible. I think lugia is too inconsistent to be great. But It will improve after crimson haze. Although lugia is better with single prize attacker because the prize trade is WAY better and almost always beats zard if its sets up fast, there is a 2 prizer that will work great in lugia in haze called ursaluna blood moon and also the ace spec energy. The Japanese lists are using these cards and winning. But there are also 2 other ace specs coming out that may make lugia better... legacy energy and secret box.
