I think this makes it easier to paint and design your nails without the nail polish getting on your skin! You can use your dominant hand for all nails if it’s press on’s!

No. It's putty, the putty helps the nail stick onto the nail stand, where you can decorate them. To stick to ur hand, u would use nail glue or these sticker thingys.
