I love the exuberance of this performance, like he’s caught up in a gust of wind. They really seem to understand these characters and the subtleties of this scene.

Her feet are gorgeous and I love the way she articulates her arms. In a rep evening, you kind of wish they'd notice when they have a black backcloth with a danseur completely in black. What I could see of Shklyarov was fantastic, but often from this perspective, you see his diembodied face and hands. I love Shklyarov and was very happy to be introduce to Ms Konovalova. Thx for posting!

Bellissima performance 👍 che ha dato lustro all’edizione romana del 2018 di Les Etoiles. Shklyarov e Konovalova sono stati sublimi ed impeccabili, due vere perle nere preziosissime 🌑🌑, capaci di illuminare il buio del palco come all’interno di una meravigliosa scatola magica. Questi magnifici artisti hanno la capacità di catalizzare l’attenzione dello spettatore su ogni loro movenza o figura, non solo quelle più difficili tecnicamente come sarebbe naturale, e ciò grazie al potere di quel magnifico magnetismo che rende unici alcuni danzatori 🎉💕
