Welcome back to a brand new Sonic.exe Parody game called Sonic.exe: Narcomania In The Blood, a really weird and rage inducing Sonic.exe game created by a Russian developer. The game starts off with flashing effects and loud sounds from the get go, and the gameplay is actually pretty damn broken making this one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with Sonic.exe games. Overall, the parody plot is okay but the broken controls and physics made it hard to enjoy it. Hope you at least enjoy watching me suffer through this game created in hell!

I've found an Easter egg that somehow you go to the 2 mushroom marble pillars as tails there should be a green ring and a giant ring. Get the green ring and go to the big ring and go back to the start and you will meet silver as he blasts you out and silver dissapears and a sonic.exe head comes and closes the game.

if you think about it nobody is dead. just knuckles as a bottle up his ass, tails been raped, and even eggman is alive because as you can see sonic didnt eat the egg. none of them even died. GOOD ENDING!
