Nous visitons aujourd'hui Luiren, la terre d'origine des halfelins ! Une région charmante, dont le mode de vie est incomparable avec ce que l'on peut trouver ailleurs, puisqu'elle a la particularité de ne présenter aucune loi écrite, ni de réelle forme gouvernementale : on appelle cela une anarchie bienveillante, puisque tout se passe bien chaque jour...
