7 strings? is there a second pickup for the lower 2 strings and a direct secondary output for it as well? so cool though!

+thehangingmist - Exactly. The bottom two strings are going through what is basically half of a P-bass split coil to a dedicated output. All 7 strings are going through the larger pickup to their own output. The bottom 5 strings are also controlling MIDI triggers.

@@ShadamAran Yes, there are MIDI triggers on this bass. The extra plug is a 13-pin MIDI output.
