A lot of KPOP stars actually loved the Philippines because of Dara. She introduced our culture to SoKor. Kaya pansin niyo madalas dito nagbabakasyon yung mga friends niya. Sana maisipan niya magtayo ng sarili niyang agency dito or become a mentor sa mga aspiring artists. Madami siyang maituturong experiences, not just in performing, but also in life as a whole.

@@faithgarcia3314 parang unwritten rule talaga sa ibang bansa na kahit anong mangyari secondary lang yung ibang language. There's that stronger sense of nationalism showed by their fluency in their native language and at the same time their openness to learn others and do it right. Manifested by Jinho Bae, Dasuri and many other Korean vloggers na mas nagtagal dito sa Pinas kesa sa Korea. Siguro partly due to colonialism na din na we see the English language as superior than our own pero there are things that aren't brought about by colonization. Unfortunately, it's about us not having a stronger sense of pride in our own culture. Hindi pa natin ma aapreciate kung anong meron na tayo until someone foreign makes a vlog about it. It starts within. Korean culture wouldn't be as popular today kung hindi sila nagstick sa culture nila.

When she started an audition before my Mom always saying to me may marating Ang batang ito. Napatingin Ako sa mother ko kasi tinagurian si Sandy ng pambansang krungkrung but my Mom likes her. Sya tlga nagpaingay ng kpop dto sa bansa natin, daming pinoy around the world yung success ng 2ne1 kaya sila ung FIRST ever Kpop girl group na nakapag world tour dahil yan sa support sa knya ng mga pinoy, fil-am at iba pang kbbyan natin na nsa abroad, proud sya sa bansa natin. and Fyi i remember maingay tlga sa social media mga filos kaya nag ttrending tlga worldwide(remember Aldub? “Guiness world record 41M tweets 24hrs” even other countries nccurious na sa mga pinaguusapan dto sa ph kung bkt trending worldwide… bgo pa nkuha ng Bts ung new record.) and i’m sure aware ang koryans na malakas tlga influence ng filos. I remember kya din nag perform ang blackeyedpeas(Apl.de.Ap) noon sa korya dahil din sa connection ni ms dara.

Mas pumatok tlga 2ne1 nung panahon na yun and mas pinagusapan tlga ung 2ne1. That time sa korea sikat tlga girls generation non, pero ang 2ne1 sa global sila sikat(kilala cla nila justin bieber, ariana grande, snoopdogg etc, ibgsbhin mas pumatok yung vibes ng 2ne1 sa knila), lalu na mga fil-am natin abroad tlgang hnhype din 2ne1 noon because of ms dara. I've been a fan since SCQ days, and Dara has always been a very down to earth person. Minsan naiisip ko, mas Pinoy pa sya kaysa sa atin. She's bound to be a star, a pretty star.
