7:33 "Think of sales as solving a problem" for the customer. Toyota is relentlessly focused on creating customer value. Most businesses, with their Ivy League MBAs. are focused on creating business value. A bean counter in a typical business would decide to use a cheaper plastic for a part because it creates business value (less expense). Toyota would ask "does this increase value to the customer?" which it clearly doesn't. A typical business would argue that the part either fails under warranty, so no problem, or fails outside of warranty, so no problem. Don't get me wrong, Toyota is also relentless in making profits. They are famous for eliminating waste (unnecessary expense).

I hope that I can be like you one day. Last few months I am doing dropshipping, and now last month I made over 20000$ for the first time. I just use products from winnerzila every week, and it only takes me like 30 minutes per day to manage everything. It's a blessing honestly and I have never been happier in my life 😁
