A Lamborghini, a Rolex or a big house are not assets, they are liabilities! Assets produce income, liabilities cause costs. Anyone who talks about cars as assets, is not understanding what it means, unless the car produces significantly more income than it costs to run and depreciates in value. A self used property is middle ground, as shelter is a basic need, but it saves on rent, especially after retirement when income drops significantly.

This is by theory of Robert Kiyosaki (which I totally agree on), but accounting wise a car is an asset. Liabilities don’t exist in accounting. It’s a depreciating asset.

While I don't see the point of a Rolex either or any watch for that matter. Once you buy it, it doesn't cost you any extra. Those type of watches typically maintain thier value or appreciate so you could in theory consider it an investment. A Lamborghini is going to devalue as soon as it leaves the dealership. Now factor in the ridiculous amount of money for fuel, insurance, maintenance, shipping costs if you decide to move. Security and or storage fees.. There's a reason why most "billionaire's" don't own these type of cars, all they do is bleed money.
