When Luke said he still has his mums homemade tarts in the freezer, I fucking lost it and cried for the rest of the video. This man NEEDS to win WSM along with Tom. Massive respect for them both.

You're alot stronger then you think. Death is not to be feared, its natural and no one dodges it. You juat celebrate each day, stack gratitude and when the time comes for our loved ones we can smile at how lucky we were to share such an experience with someone. Also you cant seperate things. Thibgs have backs and fronts. So when you are born your die and when you die your energy will most certainly continue. So take heart abd have a good philosophy on life and things like death will be much more natural then some boogie man that will ruin your life. People used to also be hostile to nature and look how wrong they were. Take care and enjoy your life 👍

Real respect for Luke, his honesty and openness is a lesson for us all and obviously he’s a great strongman and driven guy but more than that he seems like a wonderful son, brother and partner. Big respect for them all.

I just have such respect for Tom and Luke Stoltman. In this video Luke talks about what “real” pain is. Not just from working out but true physical pain. Luke talks about his Mom, showing emotions as a man, and losing her which reminds me of losing my Dad. My Dad faced the fear of the unknown going out in the river to save the two stranded kids. As a Firefighter I know it was his job but the fear is no less real. Then enduring whatever pain he went through when he drowned, after the successful rescue, is unimaginable to me. 3 years ago I was at my worst physically and mentally. I lost the use of my hands and feet. It took me over 9 months to learn to walk again. The pain and the fear was overwhelming. I never felt so helpless and alone. I look at Tom and his challenges with Mental Health. Luke with his mental and emotional struggles dealing with the loss of their mom. Then thinking about my Dad and what he went through and faced. I am motivated to take on my own current “challenges.” I look to my Heritage. My Dad. My previous obstacles in life and my current dreams and goals. I am starting to believe in myself. I’m beginning to see that I am worthy of happiness and that I can overcome anything in my path to be the person I’m destined to be.

You are talking to ME. First, I do appreciate the huge amount of support. Truth is though I have serious trust issues. I'm one of your videos you mentioned contact ant offering to help. I'm cool with that if you want. But I must worn you, I've been in a bad place for a very very long time. I'm an difficult to help. I have tried in the past to talk to people, I found that that is NOT allowed. My story is limited with what I'm allowed to talk about. I'm only allowed to talk about specific things. I get upset about that because doing to means it is taken out of context. Much of my past is rewritten, my thoughts and feelings are denied and replaced with people's opinions. But if you are serious about talking, let me know.

You aren't allowed to demand of others. Because that is taking their liberty and being a victim does not give you access to that. Go see a professional, from what i understand thats where you can say what you want and they will be trained to spot flags and get to the source and help you. If they cut you off alot then find another, sometimes in life we must both search and be patient. Also you are seeing people as malicious. "They do this" that will destroy you. Take ownership of yourself, dont ever blame others for your life, thats a trap. You just have to move in a different direction. Doesnt have to be extreme but you must move. You will always have more control of your outcomes then you do of others peoples outcomes so work on yourself first 👍
