In every battle 2 things happen: (1) Singers face each other and sing to one another in a creepy fashion, and (2) they perform deep knee bends as they do #1.

This guys are great and sounds awsome, but the competition spoil the interpretation. Paul McCartney's version has the perfect way to transmit feelings with high notes just when it's necessary. I don't think battle is good for music.

Truly one of the best, I loved this season and this battle…it has bothered me since the day that it aired though that Pharrell chose the way that he did. Huge mistake in my book, and I feel like it was solely based off of Adam’s comments(who sounds completely conceited btw lol). Luke didn’t have everything, he hadn’t even learned about falsetto yet, which they addressed during rehearsal. Griffin CLEARLY had a handle on falsetto already which was evident in this performance. Loved Luke Wade in this season but Griffin ABSOLUTELY out did Luke on this performance imo.
