great vid how long should the rest be between sets?

Hey Damian, we're looking to be explosive so take full rest between sets. All about quality rather than quantity. 3 mins is a good rough guide, but tailor it to how you're feeling!

Hey luke! Just wondering if you have any tips on explosiveness when lifting in a lineout?

Hey TC, I've only ever lifted a little in a 7s lineout but get lifted and lift a lot for kick-offs in 7s. It's all about technique, getting low and getting a good grip and then building a relationship with the jumper for their triggers when they're going up.

Hey Tengku, you can do either, perform them as their own session or use them as part of activation for a sped session 👌
