Critical Eats Japan I sure did! Usually in Japan you aren’t allowed to pick your row, but the Kawasemi crew let me choose any seat as a few times I was the only rider!

Genuine question: How much do you think in total you spent (hotels, flight, everything) to spend a vacation in japan like this? I'm starting to get an itch for coasters outside of the US since I've recently bought a season pass for both Six Flags and Cedar Fairs.

Around $600 for flights, $20 a night at various capsule hotels, $250 for a week bullet train pass that has to be bought outside Japan prior to your visit and then several hundred dollars to visit various theme parks and days out. :)
