Totally, they have their own feature each other, Govee’s software, Lumary’s quality and size, ASAHOM’s price, it depends on what kind of consumer you are.

You need to finish the peaks. The preset scenes look like stuff in the tuya app. These appear to be not individually addressable. They are in groups of 3

so if you have a 100' strand what if you only have 30' of soffit before you move to an unconnected piece of the house?

Tbh this is a cash grab probably costs the no more then $20, govee is pricey but at least you get what you paid for in product and software

They look nice, but only being able to address 3 lights at a time really sucks.. I like the lights themselves on this one but I really like the programmability of the Govee better.

$200 for 65ft is super expensive... there was a $250 for 100ft for govee (normally $300).

Any idea how you "assign" a scene to the timer function?

Great video but BOO that ypu can only change 3 lights at a time and not individually and have a solid run such as red, green, red, green or even red, white, blue. Thanks for helping me save my money and not be disappointed. I think Govee allows individual bulb colors??

Kinda curious on how these are working for you, I bought 3 sets for my house and within a month 8 out of 15 strands had flickering issues, like it mainly did it during foggy or real muggy days, maybe I just was the lucky one that got 3 bad sets, or maybe it’s the Oklahoma climate. I honestly don’t think mine was sealed well as the clear plastic tops was falling off of these.

How long is the extension cord? Also can you purchase another one if needed?

No recommended at all after one 1 of purchase lights start flickering and change color by itself and you he able to change again which makes it look unsynchronized.

I like Lumary but they drop the ball when they went with 3 individual LED, it should be every single individual LED like govee.. Also Lumary software need a lot of work…

Great review! Is it possible to use these lights as just downlights and not have them all on at the same time? Meaning I just want to use the light around my peeks during non-holiday times. I understand they work as 3 together but if I can space them correctly, I could maybe just turn the 3 near the top of my peeks. Can you also tell me if the Govee are capable of what I am asking since you can control them 1 light at a time.

And another video and more confusion :(. Your Govee installation was first video I saw of yours , then watched Asahom , NOW Lumary. I agree these Lumary look like nicer lights, etc. but the Govee has more features app. So ugh I’m stifled as to what to get :(. Again after 3 of your install videos and tryouts of 3 systems , which would you put on YOUR home knowing all you know now ? Just want to know that if I come to an end of a string, I can use another strand of any size they sell and they will work perfectly together ? Lastly , if I have an outlet in my attic, I can plug in power there, will I need to run the switch down within reach inside the house ?

Can they be controlled with WLED like non Pro Govee???
