The old studio wireart plugin let you draw in 2D/3D, I made the 3D dinosaur with it. If Barks plugin still works you can use their importer, but think they force you to use their executor?

Private one, but I see you can use Bark for Importing Wireart, I've not tested it, they banned me years ago.
