This video is superb! I agree about the basting box giving you an idea if you are off center with your design. I actually happened upon that last weekend. All I had to do is to remove the basting stitch, recenter my design and go again. It was a great catch for me. I see you are using your magnetic hoop. I love mine. I took a class with a DIME instructor and she gave us valuable information on how to use this hoop safely, (to avoid pinching body parts!) Oh, and the ruler!! Awesome!

Thank you so much for your videos. They are extremely helpful! I'm considering getting a magnetic hoop and I am not thrilled with the Brother hoop. Does anyone have any advice on brands and which hoop size is most practical since they're so expensive and I can only get one.
