Steve Berlin, the executive director, and Richard Superfine, legal counsel, both of the City of Chicago Board of Ethics will present recent changes to the City of Chicago lobbying ordinance with respect to non-profit organizations. Steve and Richard will review best practices for non-profits to ensure ethics in lobbying, advocacy, and legislative affairs.
