Asia people mostly eat little portion from many different dishes! We are used to it and it’s very satifying. Western people are used to have three dishes on their plate but big portions! I think that’s why Asia people are more healthy!🤷🏻‍♀️

Jjajangmyeon is, hands down, my favorite korean dish. It's possibly my favorite dish out of eastern asia in general. I could eat it for every meal, and never get tired of it.
