I have question does pulmonary fibrosis and bronchiectasis affect and damage both lungs yes or no

usually Pulmonary fibrosis and bronchiectasis produce bilaterally symmetrical disease although, those caused by localised pathologies/ non diffuse/non systemic diseases may be in one of the lungs/some of the lobes.. eg: Post TB bronchiectasis, Lung fibrosis
