Lung Sounds- Normal & Abnormal (crackles, wheeze, stridor) | Use headphones
Hi guys, in this video we have described the normal lung/breath sounds (Vesicular, Broncho-vesicular, Bronchial) and also adventitous/abnormal breath sounds (crackles, wheeze, rhochi, stridor, pleural rub).
Auscultation is a very integral part of respiratory system examination. We should first examine the patient & then should move to the investigation part (not the other way round- which is actually happening nowadays).
Kindly use headphones to listen to each & every breath sound clearly.
00:00- Intro
01:39- Types of breath sounds
02:28- Vesicular breath sound
03:49- Bronchial breath sound
04:29- Broncho-vesicular breath sound
05:55- Crackles
07:48- Wheeze
08:33- Rhonchi
09:07- Stridor
10:10- Pleural Rub

This is so nice. I dont work in medical field. Im just a car mechanic. But the most interesting thing is i use different kind of pressure transducers and piezo electric devices to do non invasive engine and transmission diagnosis using a high end automotive oscilloscope . Im nowhere near a doctor or nurse but the same analytical skill and critical thinking is imperative when analyzing intake, exhaust ,in cylinder pressure waveforms.
