Je me souviens quand j'ai annoncé à ma grand mère que j'allaiS quitter le pays pour les études. J'était triste de laisser toute la famille et c'est la qu'elle m'a fait découvrir cette chanson pour m'encourager et me dire que je ne suis ni le dernier ni le premier et que c'est la vie. Dans l'avion je n'ai écouter que ça. Et aujourd'hui cette musique représente toujours une force pour moi par la quintessence des paroles et par la jolie voix d'Oliver. Merci à ma famille, merci à Oliver N'GOMA, merci au Gabon.

Je n'ai pas vécu cette époque car née en 2002. Mais je me sens nostalgique en écoutant non pas seulement cette chanson mais toutes les autres notamment Bane et Adia. L'artiste ne meurt jamais, il vit à travers ses chansons. Merci à l'artiste de nous redonner le sourire même dans les moments les plus sombres de nos vies. This song lives in my heart forever. I grew up listening to this as a child with my parents. I am a proud African. One of my favourite songs in the worlds. I haven't got a clue what he is saying but the melody, the guitar and pianist makes the song just as sweet as mother Africa. May Mr N'Goma soul continue to rest in peace.

I don't know the words of this song, but everytime I hear it my tears come down, I can't explain this feeling, is like if I knew the words, I picture the lyrics talking about love, happiness, no wars in the world, I picture the whole world getting along, no racism just everybody as one. Wow! I just learned today that Master Oliver N'Goma, one of Africa's greatest voices had passed away since June 7th, 2010 in Libreville, Gabon. I feel so sad and teary. Crying as I type this message. My Condolences to his families. For all the great and sweet feelings and joy we feel listening and dancing to his music; along with all the great memories we continue to create listening and dancing to his songs; please God, our almighty God, please forgive him of his sins, and accept his soul into your kingdom. And bless his families and loved ones. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Rest in Peace Oliver N'Goma! You did Africa and humanity a great service. Rest in Perfect Peace sir.

C'est normal c'est un chef d'oeuvre de génie. Je suis camerounais, cette chanson a bercé mon enfance; et aujourd'hui que je suis adulte, bien que je ne comprends pas le message, j'ai tellement de souvenirs qui me reviennent en tête en l'écoutant. Que du bonheur.

Par contre je peux comprendre un peu, et je peux vous dire que cette chanson parle de l'école. Il conscientise dans cette chanson la jeunesse à faire l'école pour pouvoir devenir quelqu'un demain, l'importance de se rendre compte de l'école comme notre avenir de demain car les parents souffrent pour s'occuper de nous avec une vie déjà compliquée, et que lui il a du quitter sa famille, ces amis, et son pays pour allé apprendre ailleurs. D'où le titre Bane qui signifie les enfants, bane 'vaa icole: "les enfants faites l'école.
