I love these videos...i make my own soap, bath bombs, Shower Scrub/Wash and lotion bars and when i see huge tubs of Jojoba, Peppermint, Cocoa Butter, Etc, I literally get a tingling feeling in my body. I know how gorgeous and luscious the ingredients are (and EXPENSIVE) and to see them in such large quantities gives such a sensation! Ugh....i love it.

i've never had the chance to try/buy any lush products due to them being too expensive, but i absolutely love watching all these videos. they're so calming, and i love knowing what goes into all of them. it also seems like a really supportive, happy and exciting work environment, somewhere i'd love to work someday! keep up the amazing job, Lush!! love from Minnesota!

Hi Lush! So I just got the Jason and the Argan Oil Shampoo Bar. I was just wondering if it was supposed to leave a scent while I'm showering or in my hair afterwards. I don't smell anything while I'm showering nor in my hair. Second, it takes me 9 strokes to lather it up in my hair properly. Is that normal? Thanks Lush!

Sorry to hear your shampoo bar is underperforming for you! Shampoo bars usually lather quite easily, and while shampoos in general don't always add a lingering scent, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed with your purchase. Please feel free to bring your shampoo bar back to the shop; if it was purchased online, you can drop us a line at customercare@lush.com and we can take it from there!
