Huge Pro, you can live within a 30 minute drive of a major international airport. You were very honest about the cons.

I have many concerns about moving back to Florida. Especially near Pasco county. I drive through Lutz once and it was nice and I got the vibe that it’s a small town but then I’m from Chicago so it’s different for me. However now that I’m at an age where I want to raise a family and need to be safe and secure, Lutz is on the top of my list. I thought about Dallas,Tampa proper,Clearwater,Dunedin,tarpon springs,palm harbor and Franklin Tennessee. I think Lutz would be the best of all of those after seeing this video.

The real question is, what drone are you using to film the aerial shots? The look really good!

Hey there. The drone I'm using is the DJI Mavic Mini 2. It's a tiny one and isn't as regulated

Could you explain CDDs a little bit more in another video? Do all HOA communities have CDDs?

If only it was that simple! CDDs are confusing and inconsistent. CDDs are most common in big, newish developments. Think of areas where they cleared a bunch of trees and build a neighborhood--that's where you consistently find CDD fees.

@@LivinginTampa I had been looking for homes online using the realtor and Zillow apps. The problem is that unless the realtor writes it in the description, there is no way to know if the neighborhood has cdds. Sometimes you can see it under "other taxes" but not always 😒. So confusing 😕
