Season 1 Episode 1 | Survivor's remorse is when a person has feelings of guilt because they survived a life-threatening situation when others did not. The truth is, that same type of guilt can bleed into our day to day lives as we experience our own ascension and those we love perhaps are still figuring things out -- and sometimes even making us feel bad for how much we have accomplished. How do we navigate those seasons in our lives and the ever-changing dynamics with friends and loved ones as a result of our success? The first 13 minutes had me looking at the time remaining like "they're really about to drop 30-something more minutes of gems...how??" This episode was amazing. Isaac carries so much wisdom (literally have quotes for days that I'm putting in my notes). Perfect candidate for the first episode. So much wisdom, so many gems that I am cherishing and carrying on with. This space you've curated adds so much value already. Excited for the rest of the season. 🥰

She literally just spoke life into me when she talked about having a anxiety attack about having a fear of losing it all because this use to be my biggest fear in life but God just sent me a download and literally just made me realize why he’s been putting me through the things he’s been putting me through so that i could build that resilience and slowly let go of that fear. Thank you so much Crystal! I can’t wait to meet you and get to know you and see all the great things that God is gonna do for you❤

This is the very first podcast I have ever listened to in its entirety. I usually see the snippets of others on IG, but I actively sought out this one because Crystal has this beautiful mix of peace, joy, talent, humility, and vibrance that I'm just drawn to.... and it did not disappoint!!! I literally made a google doc and took some notes... which I ONLY do when I am inspired. First seasons or first episodes tend to feel clunky and awkward but this was excellent to the last drop! Congratulations and very well done❤❤

This was Church on a Tuesday morning....I had to come back and watch again to see if I missed anything! This episode was truly food for my soul. I have experienced anxiety since middle school, I kept what I was feeling to myself. I didn't know what was going on until I was an adult in therapy. When experiencing anxiety now, I pray through it..."WHEN I THINK, I THANK!" My life hasn't been easy but I am still here, thank God! Thank you Crystal for this space you have curated. May God continue to bless your life.

This was even more amazing than I already knew it would be! This 51 year old woman took some great nuggets. As a single mother of two daughters, that life has been traumatic since I entered my mothers wound, I have “literally” with Gods grace lived for my daughters. My youngest daughter graduated from Spelman last week Sunday which I am now starting a new season/chapter in finding me! Finding my why, my purpose without looking in the rear view mirror. Both of you have giving me confirmation to continue to let God, not money or people lead me and I will land exactly where God has a place waiting on be to arrive. You both have also made me realize, I owe nobody nothing! Stop over giving what you really don’t have cause my heart wants what’s best for everyone than I’m left empty! Thank you’ll for this! This was so beautiful to watch. i would just like to say though lol...while watching this conversation, it was Isaac saying he has been doing his career for 33 years and my first thought was, hold on, how old is this man?! (I did not want to run to Google this time around) because i like to watch things till the end before looking up someone. When he said he's turning 50, I SCREAMED!!!!! It was a good scream though because he looks so healthy and so young!Giving the young ones a run for their money. My goodness. This was amazing, well done Crystal. Love from South Africa.

I’ve known Ike for years. However life and time had caused me to lose touch with him. I now have an understanding of why we’d only exchange pleasantries when we’d connect at events. WOWWWW!! This was an extremely insightful and life changing conversation that was EXACTLY what I needed . I’m 64 years old and learned alot about myself and how God works during those 50 minutes.
